What is the typical coaching process?

Your first coaching session will be a 60-90 minute deep dive into your goals and growth areas, resulting in a personalized coaching plan and roadmap.

Bi-weekly 45-60 minute sessions, in person or virtual, focused on overcoming challenges, refining goals, and building strategies for continuous growth and actionable insights.

At the midway point, we'll review progress, refine strategies, and adjust the plan to align with your evolving goals for the remainder of the coaching journey.
